About Bridgetown Nutrition

Bridgetown Nutrition was created to serve the needs of individuals suffering from Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), food sensitivities/intolerances, and related chronic health conditions.

At Bridgetown Nutrition, we understand that what goes in, on, and around your body matters.  But it isn’t always easy to identify what your body needs and why.  We help provide the tools and resources for you to better tune in with your body so that you can feel well again!

We offer a variety of free resources to support your health and wellness goals.  Free resources on this site include recipes, blog posts, places to eat out in Portland, Oregon, and information about SIBO- About SIBO, SIBO Symptoms, SIBO Treatment, SIBO Diet, and books, cookbooks, & articles to learn more about SIBO.
