A warm beverage using fresh, healing ingredients. Great in the AM, after meals, or at bed time.

  • ½ tablespoon lemon zest (about 1 lemon)
  • ½ tablespoon freshly grated ginger (about 3" nub ginger)
  • 8 ounces water
  1. Grate lemon and ginger using a microplane or other fine grater.
  2. Boil water- I recommend an electric tea kettle- it will make your life so much easier.
  3. Place grated lemon and ginger in a metal tea ball, place in mug of hot water, and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Enjoy warm!
