Some recipes are also compliant with Dr. Siebecker's SIBO Specific Food Guide (SSFG), the Paleo diet, and the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD). A select few (especially the oldest) even meet the needs of those with sulfur/thiol intolerance.
